If you're traveling by car within Windham County, start on CT-14 in Putnam. Head northwest on CT-14 towards Thompson. After approximately 10 miles, turn left onto Thompson Road. Continue on Thompson Road until you reach the old bridge. Take the first right after the bridge, which looks like a trail. This will lead you to the CT-MA-RI Tri-State Marker located at approximately latitude 42.0080555 and longitude -71.7991878.
