Car
If you're driving from San Isidro de El General, take Route 2 towards Quepos. Continue on Route 2 until you reach the intersection with Route 34. Turn right onto Route 34 and follow the signs for Quepos. As you approach Quepos, keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio. Once in Quepos, follow the signs to Manuel Antonio, which is about 7 km from Quepos town center. The entrance to the park is well-marked and there is parking available nearby.

Public Transportation
To reach Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio via public bus from San José, you can take a direct bus from the Terminal 7-10 to Quepos. The bus ride takes about 3 to 4 hours. Upon arriving at the Quepos bus station, you can take a local taxi or a shuttle service to the park entrance, which is approximately 7 km away. Make sure to ask the taxi driver to take you to Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio or look for shuttle services that run directly to the park.

If you're coming from Dominical, head north on Route 34 toward Quepos. Continue driving along the coast for about 30 minutes. Look for signs for Manuel Antonio as you approach Quepos. When you reach Quepos, follow the signs to the national park entrance. There are clear indicators directing you to the park, and you can park your car in the designated parking areas nearby.

From Dominical, you can take a local bus to Quepos. The buses run frequently and the journey takes approximately 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive in Quepos, you can either take a taxi or a local shuttle to the entrance of Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio, which is roughly 7 km from the bus station.
