Walking
From the main road (Route 618) between Quepos and Manuel Antonio, look for a gap in the fence near Hotel Parador. This marks the entrance to the jungle trail leading to Playa Biesanz. The walk down the trail takes about 10 minutes and can be slippery, so wear appropriate footwear. Be mindful of the wildlife and the steep path.
Public Transport
From the Quepos bus station, take the bus towards Manuel Antonio National Park. Ask the driver to let you off near Playa Biesanz or Hotel Parador. From the bus stop, walk along the main road (Route 618) until you see the trail entrance near Hotel Parador. Follow the walking directions to reach the beach. Bus fare is approximately $1.
Taxi/Ride-share
From Quepos, take a taxi or ride-share service towards Hotel Parador on Route 618. Ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance to the Playa Biesanz trail. From there, follow the walking directions to reach the beach. A taxi ride from Quepos will cost approximately ₡2,000.
Driving
From Manuel Antonio, head southeast on Route 618 towards Quepos. Look for signs pointing to Playa Biesanz. Parking is available on the side of the road near the trail entrance. Parking may cost between ₡2,000 to ₡5,000. Be prepared for limited spaces and potentially challenging parking conditions.
