After reaching Playas del Coco, disembark and ask locals for directions to Playa Penca, which is about a 15-minute walk along the coast. Follow the beach until you reach Playa Penca.

Taxi

From any location in Guanacaste, you can easily find a taxi. Simply ask for a taxi to Playa Penca. It's best to agree on a fare before starting your journey. The ride from nearby towns like Tamarindo or Playas del Coco should take around 30 minutes, depending on traffic. The taxi driver will take you directly to the beach entrance, which is well marked.
