From the center of Jaco, head southeast on Avenida Pastor Diaz. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Route 34 (Carretera Costanera). Cross the street carefully, and then head towards Playa Herradura. Follow the road signs directing you to Playa Herradura. The distance is about 4 kilometers, which should take approximately 50 minutes on foot.
