If you're starting from the main beach area in Tamarindo, head south along the beach towards the Tamarindo river mouth. Continue walking until you reach the main road. From there, turn left and walk along the road until you reach the intersection with Cruz Street. Turn right onto Cruz Street. Sea Breeze Fishing & Adventures is located next to El Chiringuito restaurant. It should take about 15-20 minutes on foot.

Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops near the beach. Start by heading south along the beach path until you reach the main road. Turn left onto the main road and continue until you reach Cruz Street. Turn right onto Cruz Street, and you will find Sea Breeze Fishing & Adventures next to El Chiringuito restaurant. The bike ride should take around 10-15 minutes.
