Walking
If you are in the central area of Tamarindo, start by heading towards the beach. Walk along the main street, Avenida Central, until you reach the beach. Once you are at the beach, turn left (south) and follow the shoreline. Continue walking along the beach for about 10-15 minutes until you see the surf school located at Tamarindo South, Alameda 11. It's near the surf shops and restaurants, so keep an eye out for the signs indicating Tidal Wave Surf Academy.

Bicycle
For those who prefer biking, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Tamarindo. Start from the main square and head towards Avenida Central. Ride along Avenida Central until you reach the beach. Then, turn left and follow the beach path for about 10-15 minutes. Look for Tidal Wave Surf Academy at Tamarindo South, Alameda 11. The ride should be pleasant, with beautiful ocean views along the way.

Tamarindo is small, and although there is limited public transport, you can take a local bus or shuttle service from nearby areas. If you're coming from Playa Grande or other nearby beaches, look for a local bus going to Tamarindo. Once you arrive in Tamarindo, make your way to Avenida Central and head towards the beach. From there, follow the walking directions to Tidal Wave Surf Academy located at Tamarindo South, Alameda 11.
