    Bus

    To reach the Ceiba Tree via public transport, take a bus from Tilarán towards La Fortuna. Inform the driver you wish to stop at the Ceiba Tree. The bus ride is approximately 30 minutes. After getting off, walk about 1 kilometer along a small dirt path to the tree. Bus fare is approximately ₡3,000.

    If driving from Tilarán, head south on Route 142 for about 10 kilometers. Look for the sign indicating the Ceiba Tree. The coordinates are 10.5168812 latitude and -84.8630149 longitude. There is no entry fee to visit the tree. Parking is available near the site. A liter of gasoline costs around $1.15.
