Walking
If you are in the heart of Marcory, start by heading towards Avenue des Deux Plateaux. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la République. Turn left onto Avenue de la République and continue walking. After about 15-20 minutes, you will reach the Plateau area. Keep walking until you see the Avenue Crosson Duplessis. The Plateau Mosque will be on your right at this intersection.
Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Marcory. Start at the Marcory Market and cycle towards Avenue des Deux Plateaux. Continue cycling straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la République. Turn left and cycle along Avenue de la République until you reach Plateau. Once you reach Avenue Crosson Duplessis, the mosque will be on your right.
Public Transport - Bus
You can take a local bus from Marcory to Plateau. Look for a bus heading towards Plateau at the closest bus stop. The fare is usually around 200 CFA francs. Once you board, tell the driver you are going to Plateau Mosque, and they will drop you off at the nearest stop. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to Avenue Crosson Duplessis, where the mosque is located.
Motorcycle Taxi (Zemidjan)
For a quicker option, consider taking a motorcycle taxi, known locally as Zemidjan. Look for a Zemidjan at a nearby stand or flag one down. Negotiate the fare, which should be around 1000 CFA francs to take you directly to Plateau Mosque. The driver will navigate the best route, and you will arrive at Avenue Crosson Duplessis.
