If you are driving from the main entrance of Comoé National Park, head southeast on the N2 road towards Bougou. After approximately 30 kilometers, look for signs leading to Flabougou. Turn onto the dirt road that will lead you to WJQ4+38. The location is about 5 kilometers down this road. Please be aware that the road can be rough in some areas, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Make sure to carry enough fuel, as there are limited refueling stations in the park.

Public Transportation

To reach Flabougou using public transportation, take a bus or shared taxi from the nearest major town, which is Bouaké. From Bouaké, you can find transportation heading towards Comoé National Park. Once you reach the park, you will need to hire a local guide or take a motorcycle taxi to reach Flabougou, which is about 20 kilometers from the park entrance. Be prepared to negotiate the fare with the motorcycle taxi driver, which can range from 5000 to 10,000 CFA depending on the distance and conditions.

Walking

For those who are adventurous and fit, you can walk from the nearest point accessible by vehicle to Flabougou. After reaching the nearest dirt road from the park entrance, continue on foot towards WJQ4+38.
