Walking
If you are in the center of Sassandra, start at the main market area. Head towards Avenue de la République and proceed southwest. You will pass several local shops and cafes along the way. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue du 7 Août. Turn left onto Avenue du 7 Août and continue until you see the large water tower on your right. From there, you will need to veer right onto A5 road. Follow A5 for about 10 minutes on foot. You will eventually see the entrance to Old Sassandra Wharf on your left, marked by a small wooden sign. The wharf is located at coordinates XW29+V6C.
