Make sure to keep an eye out for parking areas along the route, as they can be limited. There is no entrance fee for Biokovo Nature Park, but parking may require a small fee.

If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Makarska to the village of Topici. From there, you will need to hike or arrange for a local taxi service to take you to the Sv.Jure peak.
