Be aware that there is an entrance fee of around 50 HRK (Croatian Kuna) per vehicle, which you will need to pay at the entrance.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Makarska to the nearby town of Tučepi. Buses run regularly throughout the day and the journey takes about 15 minutes. Once in Tučepi, you can catch a local taxi or arrange for a shuttle service to the entrance of Biokovo Nature Park. The taxi ride will cost approximately 100 HRK. Ensure you check the bus schedule ahead of time, as services may be limited in the off-peak season.
