Dubrovnik Kayaking and Cycling Break

Fun Fun fun and more fun- and returning next year !

An incredible 4 days, we are currently sitting in Hvar and missing Huck Finn Adventures Jacob, the owner and Mila our guide were knowledgeable, flexible and interesting. The accommodations on the boat exceeded our expectations as did the food. Mila was so helpful and responsive to our needs. And Jacob has a wealth of knowledge about the islands The value for the money is well worth it. We had a great group and tons of fun! The supplied ‘Itinerary’ should be viewed as more of an à la carte menu. Jacob and Mila worked with us to focus on our priorities while providing practical logistical on what could and couldn’t be achieved in the time available and according to wind conditions. We loved it so much we are coming back with more friends next year Signed the 4 Canadians

Self-guidef Ciro Trail: Mostar - Dubrovnik (6 days)

Fantastic time doing Ero Travel's e-bike self-guided cycling tour from Sarajevo to Trebinje

Review from Mark, Emily and Isabelle (July 2026): Last month, my two adult daughters and I did Ero Travel's e-bike self-guided tour from Sarajevo to Trebinje (7 days). We can't recommend the trip or Ero Travel enough. Toni's communication and organisation was excellent from the start, despite us changing the requirements of our itinerary several times. Everything was well organised, from the transport and accommodation to the support along the route and frequent WhatsApp communications. The pre-programmed Garmin for the bike worked well so there was never really any difficulty following the route. Toni also provided a data SIM card free which was invaluable for both contacting him and enabling us to access the internet to learn more about our stops and stays. The first two days through the mountains were stunning, before arriving in Mostar (in 38C!), and from then on joining the flatter Ciro Trail. The planned route of the trip allowed a perfect mix of different landscapes, cities and cultural sites along the way - truly something for everyone! We'd been to Dubrovnik before so decided to spend more time in Trebinje on the last day (which was a fantastic town to visit) and end the trip there. The accommodation at each stage was good and varied, from a local, peaceful lodge by Lake Boracko and a modern 4 star hotel in Mostar, to a luxury converted railway station in Ravno and beautiful riverside hotel in Trebinje. Toni made us a reservation at a fantastic restaurant in Mostar with views across to the bridge. The food was superb. I have already started discussions with Toni about next year's cycle trip..... we can't wait to come back! A big thank you also to Marsel who transported us from Split to Sarajevo at the start of the trip. Not only a good driver, but a fantastic guide who showed us some extra sights and local spots along the way. We were able to learn a lot about Bosnia & Herzegovina and its culture and history through Marsel on this first day of travel. This was a brilliant trip that will stay with us for a long time (and we all want to buy an e-bike now!). Mark, Emily and Isabelle.
