From the main square in Hvar (Trg Sv. Stjepana), head northwest on Ulica Dinka Kovača towards Ulica Sveti Marak. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of Ulica Sveti Marak, where you will see a sign for the Napoleon Fortress (Napoleon). Follow the signs, which will lead you uphill along a well-marked path. The hike will take approximately 20-30 minutes, and you'll be rewarded with stunning views of Hvar Town and the Pakleni Islands at the top.

If you prefer a quicker way to reach Napoleon Fortress, you can take a taxi from the main square in Hvar. Simply ask the taxi driver to take you to Napoleon Fortress. The ride will take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.

Bicycle

You can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Hvar. Once you have your bike, head towards the direction of the fortress by going up the main road, Ulica Dinka Kovača.
