Getting There
Walking
From the center of Hvar Town, head south toward the waterfront. Follow the main promenade along the harbor until you reach the bus station. From the bus station, look for the signs directing to Lesina. You will need to follow the road away from the harbor, which will eventually lead you out of town. After about 2 kilometers, you will notice a sign for Plaža Dubovica on your left. The beach is about a 15-minute walk down a well-marked path. Keep your eyes peeled for the beautiful views along the way!
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Hvar Town. Once you have your bike, head out of the main square toward the bus station. Follow the road leading out of Hvar, keeping to the right as you pass the marina. Continue straight for approximately 2 kilometers until you see the sign for Plaža Dubovica. The beach access road is on your left. It’s a scenic ride, and you’ll enjoy the coastal views along the way.
Taxi Boat
To get to Plaža Dubovica via taxi boat, walk to the Hvar Town harbor. Look for the taxi boat service that operates to nearby beaches. Ask the captain for a ride to Dubovica Beach. The taxi boat ride is about 10-15 minutes and offers stunning views of the coastline. Once you arrive, it’s a short walk down to the beach area.
