Walking
From the center of Hvar town, head towards the waterfront promenade known as Riva. Walk along the promenade, enjoying the beautiful views of the harbor. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade where you will see the Fortica fortress on the hill to your left. Keep walking straight, passing by the marina and the various cafes. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the ferry terminal. From here, you can catch a ferry to Makarska. The ferry ride takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Makarska, exit the ferry terminal and head towards the main road. Sveti Petar is a short 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal. Just follow the signs to the beach and the peninsula, and you will find your destination.

Public Transport
Begin at Hvar's main square, Trg sv. Stjepana. Look for the bus stop near the square where local buses depart. You will need to take a bus that goes to Sućuraj or a bus heading to Makarska. Make sure to check the bus timetable for departure times. Once you arrive in Makarska, disembark at the main bus station. From the bus station, it's a 15-minute walk to Sveti Petar. Head towards the waterfront and follow the coastal path to the peninsula. You will enjoy lovely seaside views along the way.
