If you are driving from Pula, take the A9 highway towards Slovenia. Continue on the A9 until you reach the border crossing into Slovenia. After crossing the border, merge onto the H4 highway and follow the signs for Koper. Once in Koper, follow the signs for the city center. Park your car in one of the public parking areas nearby, such as the parking garage on Cankarjeva ulica, which charges approximately €1.50 per hour. From the parking garage, walk towards the Old Town, and you will reach Titov trg in about 10 minutes.

From any major town in Istria, such as Pula or Rovinj, you can catch a bus to Koper. Look for the bus service operated by FlixBus or a local provider. The journey from Pula to Koper takes approximately 2 hours and costs around €10-€15. Once you arrive at the Koper bus station, exit and walk towards the city center, which is about a 15-minute walk. Follow the signs to Titov trg, and you will find it easily.

Although Koper does not have a direct train station, you can take a train to the nearest station in Postojna. From there, catch a bus or taxi to Koper. The train from Pula to Postojna takes about 1.5 hours and costs around €8-€12. Once you reach Postojna, take a bus from the bus station to Koper, which is about a 30-minute ride and costs around €5. After arriving in Koper, follow the signs to the city center to reach Titov trg.
