Getting There

  • Car

    From the city of Pula, head northwest on the D21 road towards Kanfanar. Continue on D21 until you reach the intersection with the D75 road. Turn left onto D75 and follow the signs for Motovun. After approximately 20 km, look for the signs for Kaldir. Turn right onto Kaldir road. Vina Bertoša is located at Kaldir 20, which is about 2 km down this road. There is parking available at the winery.

  • Public Transportation

    If you are in Pula, take the bus from the main bus terminal to Motovun. Buses are operated by the company FlixBus, and tickets cost around 50 HRK. The bus ride takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once in Motovun, you can take a taxi or arrange for a local shuttle service to Kaldir 20. The taxi ride will take about 15 minutes and cost approximately 100 HRK.

  • Car from Rovinj

    Starting from Rovinj, take the D303 road towards the D75. After approximately 30 km, follow the signs for Motovun and merge onto D75. Continue for about 10 km, then turn right onto Kaldir road. Vina Bertoša is located at Kaldir 20, about 2 km down this road. Parking is available at the winery.

  • Car from Trieste, Italy

    If you are coming from Trieste, drive towards the border crossing at Rabuiese. After crossing into Croatia, follow the signs for Buje and then onto the A9 highway. Take exit 6 for Novigrad and follow signs for Motovun via D21. After reaching Motovun, follow the directions to Kaldir as mentioned above. The total journey will take about 1 hour.
