Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, navigate to Šetalište Svetog Petra 2, 21300, Makarska. From the center of Makarska, head towards the waterfront and follow the coast road (Šetalište Dr. Franje Tuđmana). Continue along the coast until you reach the pedestrian promenade where Kip sidra is located. There is limited parking nearby, so be prepared to park a short walk away. Look for public parking signs, which may incur a small hourly fee.

• Public Transportation

  If you prefer to use public transportation, take a bus to Makarska from nearby cities (e.g., Split or Dubrovnik). Once you arrive at the Makarska bus station, exit the station and walk towards the waterfront. Turn left onto Šetalište Dr. Franje Tuđmana, and continue walking along the promenade until you reach Kip sidra. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes. Note that bus tickets can be purchased at the station, and prices vary based on your departure location.

• Walking

  If you're already in close proximity to the waterfront in Makarska, simply stroll down to Šetalište Svetog Petra. Follow the pedestrian paths along the coast, enjoying the beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea. Kip sidra is located on the promenade, and you will easily spot it among other attractions. This is a great option if you’re staying in a hotel or rental nearby, as it allows you to enjoy the scenery.
