If you are starting from the Opatija Promenade (Lungomare), walk towards the north end of the promenade. Continue walking along the seafront until you reach the Park Svetog Jakova. Keep an eye out for the large statue of a woman (often referred to as the 'Maiden with the Seagull') which is a landmark on your way. As you approach the park, you will see the entrance on your right. Enter the park and walk straight, and Opatija's Small Harbour will be located at the northern edge of the park, right by the water.

If you prefer to take a bus, find the nearest bus stop serving the local routes. Board a bus heading towards the center of Opatija. Disembark at the stop closest to Park Svetog Jakova. From there, you can walk towards the park entrance. Once you enter the park, make your way to the northern edge where you will find Opatija's Small Harbour.

For those who prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Opatija. Head towards the promenade and cycle along the scenic route by the sea. As you approach the Park Svetog Jakova, park your bicycle at the designated bike racks near the park entrance. Walk into the park, and Opatija's Small Harbour will be at the northern side adjacent to the water.
