From the center of Opatija, start at the main promenade called Lungomare. Head southeast along the promenade towards Ičići. This scenic walk will take you past beautiful coastal views and parks. Continue walking for about 30 minutes until you reach the end of the promenade. As you approach Ičići, you will see a sign for Villa Vita Ičići. Follow the signs to Brdo 45, which is a short uphill walk from the promenade.
