If you're traveling by car, start from the Paklenica National Park entrance located at Velika Paklenica. Drive south along the D54 road towards Rovanjska. After approximately 15 minutes, turn left onto Ul. Vrtlina in Rovanjska. Continue on Ul. Vrtlina for about 1 km, and you will reach Modrič cave at the address Ul. Vrtlina 21, 23244 Rovanjska. There is parking available nearby, but be mindful of any signage regarding parking restrictions.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Zadar to Rovanjska. The buses usually run several times a day. Once you arrive at the Rovanjska bus station, walk towards the coast, then follow the road south along the D54 for about 1 km before turning left onto Ul. Vrtlina. Continue walking for approximately 1 km to reach Modrič cave at Ul. Vrtlina 21. Ensure to check the bus schedule in advance for return journeys.

Start at the main trailhead in Velika Paklenica and head towards the southern trails that lead to Rovanjska. This hike will take approximately 2-3 hours depending on your pace.
