From the entrance of Plitvice Lakes National Park, take the main road towards the town of Slunj. After approximately 12 kilometers, you will reach a junction. Turn left onto the D1 road heading towards Karlovac. Continue for about 5 kilometers until you see signs for Lipovača. Exit onto the local road and follow the signs for Panorama. Please note that parking may incur a fee, typically around 10 HRK per hour.

From the entrance of Plitvice Lakes National Park, walk to the nearest bus stop located just outside the park entrance. Take a bus towards Karlovac, which usually departs every hour. After about 30 minutes, get off the bus in Lipovača. From the bus stop, it is approximately a 15-minute walk to Panorama. Look for signs directing you to the attraction. Be sure to check the current bus schedule as it may vary seasonally.
