    If you are driving from Plitvice Lakes National Park, start by leaving the park through the main entrance at Entrance 1. Head east on the D1 highway towards Slunj. Continue straight on D1 for approximately 30 kilometers. As you approach Slunj, look for signs for Rastoke. Turn left onto the road marked for Rastoke. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at Rastoke shortly. There is ample parking available near the entrance.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Rastoke by public transportation, take a bus from the main bus terminal in Plitvice Lakes National Park to Slunj. Buses run regularly, and the journey takes about 30 to 40 minutes. Once in Slunj, you will need to walk to Rastoke, which is approximately 1.5 kilometers away. Follow the signs leading towards Rastoke; it's a pleasant walk through the countryside. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from Slunj bus station to Rastoke for a small fee, typically around 50 HRK.
