Getting There

    From the entrance of Plitvice Lakes National Park, head northwest on the D1 highway towards the town of Rakovica. Continue on D1 for approximately 27 kilometers until you reach the intersection near the town of Slunj. At this intersection, turn left onto the D42 road and continue for about 12 kilometers. Then, merge onto the E661 highway heading towards Bihać. After about 30 kilometers, take the exit toward Bihać. Follow the signs for the RV69 road which will lead you directly to Una Nacionalni Park, arriving in approximately 10 minutes.

    From the Plitvice Lakes National Park, go to the nearest bus station located at Entrance 1. Take a bus heading towards the city of Karlovac or Bihać. Make sure the bus has a stop in Bihać, as not all buses do. The journey will take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the bus schedule. Once you arrive in Bihać, you can take a local taxi or walk to Una Nacionalni Park, which is approximately 10 minutes away from the bus station.
