Walking
From the Pula Amphitheatre (Arena), head east towards Flavijevska ulica. Continue along Flavijevska ulica until you reach the intersection with Ulica Sergijevaca. Turn left onto Ulica Sergijevaca and walk straight until you reach the main square, Narodni trg. From there, head towards the waterfront by following the signs that direct you to the Riva Promenade. Once you reach the Riva, Pula luka will be directly ahead, along the waterfront.

If you prefer to take public transport, start at the Pula Bus Station located at Trg M. Gupca. Take bus number 2 or 3 that heads towards the city center. Disembark at the stop named 'Riva'.
