Getting there

Car

If you are driving, start from the center of Rovinj. Take the D75 road heading south along the coast. Continue on D75 for approximately 4 km until you see signs for 'Rovinj view point'. Turn left onto a smaller road that leads directly to the viewpoint. There is a parking area available near the viewpoint, but be aware there may be a small fee for parking, typically around 10 HRK (approximately 1.5 EUR) per hour.

Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, take the local bus from Rovinj main bus station to the 'Rovinj - Monfiorenzo' stop. Buses run approximately every 30 minutes, and the fare is around 15 HRK (about 2 EUR). Once you alight at Monfiorenzo, it is a short 10-15 minute walk to the Rovinj view point. Follow the signs leading to the viewpoint; the path is well-marked and leads you through scenic areas.

Walking

If you are already in Rovinj and prefer to walk, start from the Old Town and head towards the waterfront. Follow the coastal path that leads south, and then look for signs directing you to the Rovinj view point. This walk is approximately 2.5 km and takes about 30-40 minutes.
