Walking
From the center of Rovinj, head towards the waterfront promenade (Obala Pina Budicina). Walk along the promenade, enjoying the beautiful views of the sea. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the promenade, which will lead you to the main road (Ulica Grgura Ninskog). Turn left onto this road and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by the Hotel Lone on your left. Once you reach the intersection at Valdibora, turn right onto Ulica Karera. Continue straight on this road for another 1 kilometer until you reach the town of Portorož. Upon entering Portorož, look for signs directing you to Strunjan. Follow the signs for approximately 2 kilometers until you arrive at Nature Reserve Strunjan located at Strunjan 99.
Public Transport
From Rovinj, walk to the main bus station (Autobusni kolodvor Rovinj) located near the center of town. Purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Portorož. Buses run regularly, so check the schedule for the next available departure. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Portorož bus station, exit and walk towards the coast. Follow the signs for Strunjan and head along the main road for about 2 kilometers until you reach Nature Reserve Strunjan at Strunjan 99.
