Walking
If you're starting from the central area of Rovinj, make your way to the main square, Trg G. Matteottija. From the square, head towards the waterfront promenade, also known as the Lungomare. Walk along the promenade, taking in the beautiful views of the sea and the old town. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade and the path leads you up to the old town area. As you enter the old town, you'll notice narrow cobblestone streets. Follow the signs towards the 'Grisia' street, which is well-known for its art galleries and shops. Keep walking until you reach the Church of St. Euphemia, which is a prominent landmark in Rovinj. From the church, head east towards the top of the hill. Kula Turnina is located just a short walk from there, situated near the historical center. You will find it on your left, easily recognizable by its ruins.
Bicycle
If you prefer to explore Rovinj on a bicycle, you can rent one from various shops in the city center. Start your journey from Trg G. Matteottija, heading towards the waterfront promenade. Cycle along the promenade until you reach the end, where you will find a ramp leading up to the old town. Continue cycling through the narrow streets, keeping an eye on signs directing you to the Church of St. Euphemia. Once you reach the church, continue eastward until you find Kula Turnina. The ride should provide a refreshing breeze and beautiful views of the surroundings.

Once you arrive at the main bus station in Rovinj, exit and walk towards the central square, Trg G. Matteottija.
