Start your journey at the central square of Rovinj, Trg Marsala Tita. From here, head towards the waterfront promenade, called the Lungomare. Walk along the promenade, enjoying the beautiful views of the sea. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade, where you'll see a sign pointing towards the Rovinj View Point. Follow the signs uphill through the charming old town, taking in the narrow cobblestone streets and quaint buildings. The path will lead you up to a small hill. As you ascend, keep heading towards the northern side of the town. Once you reach the viewpoint, take a moment to enjoy the panoramic views of Rovinj and the surrounding coastline.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Rovinj. Begin your ride from the town center and head north along the Lungomare, following the coast.
