    Walking

    From the Rovinj waterfront, walk northeast along Ulica Obala Pina Budicina, the main promenade. Continue until you reach the entrance to the old town through the Balbi Arch. Pass through the arch and follow the signs to Trg Piazza Matteotti through the narrow, cobbled streets. The square will be a short walk away.

    Public Transport

    Rovinj's public transport is limited; walking is often the best way to get around. If arriving by bus at the Rovinj Bus Station, the square is about a 15-minute walk. Head northwest along Ul. Mattea Benussia, then turn left onto Carera ul. Continue on Carera ul. until you reach Trg Marsala Tita, then turn right to reach the square. Taxi fare from the bus station is approximately 50 HRK.

    Parking

    If driving, note that the central part of Rovinj is mostly car-free. Parking is available in designated zones around the old town. Valdibora parking lot, just north of the old town, is a 5-minute walk to the center. Parking fees vary by zone and season. Expect to pay around 3.50 EUR per hour in Zone 1 during peak season (June-September). A daily ticket valid for all zones costs 25 EUR. Parking Monvi, near Golden Cape, offers all-day parking for 7 EUR.
