If you're in the heart of Split, head towards the waterfront promenade known as Riva. From Diocletian's Palace, walk out to the Peristyle and take the exit towards the Golden Gate. Once you exit, turn left and follow the pathway that leads you directly to the Riva. The Hello Blue Cave - Boat Tours office is located along the promenade on Obala Hrvatskog narodnog preporoda, right by the water. It should take you about 10-15 minutes to walk there.

For those further away, you can take a local bus to the main bus station in Split, which is located near the Riva.
