Getting There
Walking
From the center of Split (such as from the Riva waterfront), head southeast towards the Riva promenade. Continue along the promenade until you reach the intersection with Marmontova Street. Turn left onto Marmontova Street and walk straight until you reach the end of the street. Here, you will find the main road, Obala Hrvatskog Narodnog Preporoda. Continue walking straight along this road, which will lead you along the waterfront. After approximately 15 minutes, you will see a large park area and the entrance to the Marjan Forest Park. Continue into the park, and as you walk, you will begin to see signs directing you towards Plaža Kaštelet. Follow these signs until you reach Šetalište Ivana Meštrovića. The beach will be directly ahead, located at number 39.
Public Bus
From the main bus station in Split, take bus number 12 towards 'Marjan'. This bus will take you directly towards the Marjan area. Get off at the stop 'Plaža Kaštelet'. After you exit the bus, walk towards the beach, which is just a short walk from the bus stop. You will see the beach area right on Šetalište Ivana Meštrovića.
Taxi
If you prefer a taxi, you can easily find one at various locations around Split, especially near the Riva waterfront or the main bus station. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Plaža Kaštelet, located at Šetalište Ivana Meštrovića 39. The drive should take around 10 minutes, depending on traffic. The taxi will drop you off close to the beach entrance.
