If you are in the city center, head south towards the waterfront. Start at the Riva promenade, which is the main seafront promenade in Split. Walk along the promenade until you reach the end where you will see a large open area. From there, continue walking along the waterfront towards the east. You will pass by several cafes and restaurants. After about 15 to 20 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Bačvice beach. The Split harbour is located just beyond the beach area towards the east. Look for signs pointing to the ferry terminal, which indicates that you are at Split harbour.

To reach Split harbour using public transport, you can take a bus from the city center. Locate the bus stop at the northern end of the Riva promenade. Look for buses heading towards 'Bačvice' or 'Ferry terminal'. The journey takes about 10 minutes. Get off at the stop labeled 'Bačvice'. From there, walk towards the beach and follow the waterfront path; the harbour will be on your right side after a short 5-minute walk.
