If you are starting from the Riva waterfront promenade, head towards the large square known as 'Narodni trg'. Walk straight up the main street, Marmontova ulica, until you reach the square. The Old Town Hall is located at the edge of Narodni trg. Look for the building with a distinctive clock tower; this is the Old Town Hall.
