Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the center of Trogir, start at the main square (Trg Ivana Pavla II). From the square, head towards the waterfront (Riva). Walk along the waterfront promenade facing the sea for about 400 meters until you reach the bridge (Trogir Bridge) that connects Trogir to the mainland. Cross the bridge, keeping the river on your left. After crossing, continue walking straight until you reach the bus stop (Autobusni kolodvor). From here, you can take a local bus or a taxi to Šibenik, where St. Nicholas’ Fortress is located.

    From Trogir, head to the Trogir Bus Station located near the town center. Take a local bus to Šibenik, which typically departs every hour. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Šibenik, disembark at the main bus station. From there, head towards the waterfront (Obala dr. Franje Tuđmana) and follow the signs to St. Nicholas’ Fortress, which is about a 15-minute walk along the coast.
