Start at the Trogir waterfront (Riva) near the Trogir Town Hall. Head east along the waterfront promenade towards the pedestrian bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the bus station in Trogir. From there, take the local bus (number 37 or 38) to Šibenik. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Šibenik bus station, walk towards the waterfront and follow the signs to the ferry dock. Take a ferry ride which will take you directly to St. Nicholas’ Fortress. The fortress is located at Obala dr. Franje Tuđmana 4, where you can enjoy the scenic views and explore the historical site.

If you prefer a more direct route, head to the Trogir marina (Marina Trogir) located a short walk from the city center. Look for boat tours that specifically mention St. Nicholas’ Fortress or Šibenik. These tours typically depart in the morning and include a scenic boat ride across the sea to the fortress.
