Walking
If you're starting from the Trogir waterfront (Riva) where many tourists gather, head towards the old town by walking along the waterfront promenade. As you reach the end of the promenade, keep an eye out for the large stone tower, the Kamerlengo Fortress. From there, walk towards the north through the main square, Trg Ivana Pavla II. Continue straight ahead, passing the Cathedral of St. Lawrence on your left. After a few minutes, take a right onto Ul. Gradska vrata. The Trogir City Museum will be located at number 4 on this street, right after you pass the city gate.

If you're coming from the Trogir Green Market, exit the market area and head towards the main road, Ul. Trogirskih Spanjola. Walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the main square. From the square, turn left and walk along the main street towards the Cathedral of St. Lawrence. Once you reach the cathedral, turn right onto Ul. Gradska vrata, and continue walking. The museum is located at number 4, just a short distance along the street.
