What better way to discover Zadar's amazing ruins and architecture, from prehistoric seafaring tribes of Jedara to 3rd c. BC Ancient Roman Julia-Jedar to 12th c. Medieval to 16th c. Venetian, than on the 9am value-for-money tour, 90mins packed with unexpected history catered to our small crowd of young adults, from the fully amoured Legatus, Ivanicus. From the moment he pulled up in a rippling cloak on a motorbike, via selfies with impressed passersby, to finally revealing his backstory at the house of its artefacts, truly an immersive guide, great character! 5*

Do NOT Miss Taking This Gem of a Tour with Darja
Others have said this in their reviews, but we would like to reiterate that Darja's tour Zadar and Nin was simply fantastic. Darja was very friendly and very patient with our group of 6 active seniors. Her information about history, architecture, politics and culture was voluminous. She also spoke of more recent events, including the war for Croatian independence from Yugoslavia. She stuck us as being a warm and beautiful person, inside and out! A delightful tour.
