Bus
From Zadar city center, make your way to the main bus station, which is located at the western edge of the old town near the port. Look for bus lines that head towards Gospić or any route that mentions Lika, as these will get you closer to your destination. Purchase a ticket from the ticket counter or the bus driver. Once you board, enjoy the scenic views during the journey which will take around 1.5 to 2 hours. Alight at the Gospić bus station and ask locals for directions to Kaniža Gospićka 4b, as it is a well-known area. You can either walk or take a local taxi for a short ride to reach the Public Institution Velebit Nature Park.

Train
While Zadar does not have a direct train to Gospić, you can take a train from Zadar to a nearby station such as Karlovac. From Zadar's main train station located near the port, catch a train towards Zagreb. Upon arriving at Karlovac, transfer to a bus heading to Gospić. The bus will take around 1 hour. Once you reach the Gospić bus station, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Kaniža Gospićka 4b.
