Take the second exit onto Weg naar Piscadera. After about 1 kilometer, turn right onto Caracasbaaiweg. Drive for another 3 kilometers, and you will see signs for Tugboat shipwreck. Park at the designated parking area nearby and follow the path to the snorkeling spot.
