You will see signs indicating directions to Willemstad. Follow the signs as you walk towards the center of Willemstad, passing through the residential areas. Stay on the main road, and as you enter Willemstad, keep walking until you reach Kaya Seinpost. The Looking Out mural is located at 443M+PG4, Kaya Seinpost, which should be on your left. Look for the large mural on the wall, which is a colorful depiction of the local culture.
