From Willemstad, take the Weg naar Westpunt road. Continue until you see signs for Santa Martha Bay. Turn onto that road and follow it to the parking area for the lookout point. The road is winding and may be damaged in places. Parking is limited. There are no entry fees.

From Willemstad, take a bus to Barber. From Barber, hire a taxi or arrange for a local guide to take you to Santa Martha Bay View Lookout Point. The bus to Barber costs approximately ANG 2-3. A taxi from Barber to the lookout point will cost around ANG 30-40.
