Car
If you're driving from Punda, start by heading southwest on Breedestraat towards the bridge. Continue across the Queen Emma Bridge (expect a small toll fee if you're coming from the Otrobanda side). After crossing the bridge, turn left onto Wilhelminaplein, then right onto Z/N Bapor Kibrá. Follow this road for about 2 km, and you will see the Curaçao Sea Aquarium on your left. Parking is available on-site, but may incur a small fee.

Public Transportation
To reach the Curaçao Sea Aquarium via public transport from Punda, you can take a minibus (local bus) from the main bus station located near the Floating Market. Look for a bus heading towards Mambo Beach. The fare is typically around 2-3 USD. Inform the driver to let you off at the Sea Aquarium stop, which is approximately a 15-minute ride. From the stop, walk a short distance towards the entrance of the aquarium.

Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and want to walk, it is possible to walk from Punda to the Curaçao Sea Aquarium. Start at the Queen Emma Bridge and cross it. Once you reach the other side, follow the road along the water (Willemstad harbor) for about 15-20 minutes. This walk is scenic but be prepared for the heat and sun.
