If you're driving, start from any point in Scharloo. Head southeast on Scharlooweg towards the intersection with the Emancipatie Boulevard. Turn left onto Emancipatie Boulevard and continue straight for about 1 kilometer. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Avenida de Venezuela. After around 500 meters, you will see signs for Plaza Piar. Follow the signs and park in the nearby parking area. The statue is located at Plaza Piar, and you will be able to see it as you approach.
