From Willemstad, take the Willemstad - Westpunt Road heading northwest. Follow the signs towards Westpunt. The drive is approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you reach the Santa Martha area, look for signs indicating the Santa Martha Bay View Lookout Point. Turn onto the smaller road leading to the lookout. The road is paved but can be narrow in places, so drive carefully. There is no entry fee or parking fee at the lookout point.

From Willemstad, take a bus heading towards Westpunt. Autobusbedrijf Curacao operates buses from the Otrabanda bus terminal in Willemstad to Soto. The bus fare is approximately 2 ANG (US$1.15). Ask the driver to drop you off near Santa Martha Bay. From the main road, it's approximately a 15-20 minute walk to the lookout point. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions. Be aware of the limited bus schedule, especially on weekends and holidays.
