From Willemstad, take the Weg naar Westpunt (main road to Westpunt) northwest. The drive is approximately 35-40 minutes. Follow the signs for Soto. As you approach Soto, look for signs indicating Santa Martha Bay. Turn onto the road leading to Santa Martha. Continue for a few minutes; the lookout point will be on your right, marked by a small dirt road. The road to the lookout point can be a bit rough, so drive carefully. Parking is available near the lookout. There are no tolls or parking fees.

Taxis are readily available in Willemstad and other major tourist areas. A taxi ride from Willemstad to Santa Martha Bay View Lookout Point will take approximately 35-40 minutes. Public buses (Konvoi) operate from the main bus terminals in Punda and Otrobanda (Willemstad) to Soto. From Punda, take bus WILLEMSTAD-WESTPUNT. The ride to Soto takes approximately 1 hour. From Soto, it is a 30-40 minute walk to the Santa Martha Bay View Lookout Point. Buses run every one to two hours. A one-way bus fare is approximately 2.50 ANG. Check the bus schedule in advance, as service can be limited, especially on Sundays and holidays. From the bus stop in Soto, follow the road towards Santa Martha Bay. Be prepared for a steep walk uphill to reach the lookout point.
