From the Queen Emma Bridge in Punda, cross over to Otrobanda. Continue straight, following the main road, Breedestraat, away from the waterfront. Turn left onto Van Leeuwenhoekstraat. The Curaçao Museum will be on your right, approximately a 15-20 minute walk. Look for the distinctive colonial-style building.

From the main bus terminal in Punda, located near the post office, take a bus heading towards Otrobanda. The fare is approximately 2.50 ANG. Ask the driver for the closest stop to Van Leeuwenhoekstraat. From the bus stop, walk along Van Leeuwenhoekstraat towards the museum, which will be a short walk from the bus stop.
