Walking
If you are already in the Punda area, navigate towards the waterfront and Fort Amsterdam. The Sundial is located on Gouvernementsplein, directly in front of Fort Amsterdam. The square is easily accessible on foot from most points in Punda.
Public Transport
From the main bus terminal in Punda, Gouvernementsplein is a short walk. Exit the terminal and head towards the waterfront. You'll see Fort Amsterdam and the Sundial in the square. Bus fares are typically around 2-3 ANG.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis and ride-sharing services can drop you off directly at Gouvernementsplein. Expect to pay approximately 15-25 ANG for a short ride from other parts of Willemstad. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.
Driving
If driving, head towards the center of Punda. Parking is available in the area, but it can be limited, especially during peak hours. Paid parking is enforced in the downtown area, costing around 1 ANG per hour, with an additional 0.50 ANG for every extra half hour. Consider using the Flowbird app for easy payment. Parking is free after 6 PM and on Sundays.
