From the Paphos-Troodos road, watch for signs directing you to Praitori. Once in Praitori, follow the signs to Nelion Winery. The winery is located just off the main road through the village. Parking is available on-site. Be aware that the roads in the village can be narrow and winding, so drive carefully. A taxi from Paphos to Praitori will cost approximately €50-€65.

From Paphos, take the bus 633 to Praitori. The bus departs from Evagora Pallikaridi - Charalambou Mouskou 2 station in Paphos and arrives at 2nd Stop Praitori 1. From the bus stop, it's approximately a 15-minute walk to Nelion Winery. Check local bus schedules for current times as services are limited (approximately three times a day, Monday to Saturday). A single bus fare costs €2.
